Grandson Carin is Six

On Sunday, March 16th, we took Melissa, Keith, Kellen, Lain, and Cairn to the "Living Desert" in Palm Desert for Cairn's sixth birthday.  The festivities, besides seeing the animals at the park, were to have camel rides, and do bungy jumping.  We finished the day with a dinner of tacos and cake.

Skiing in Park City, Utah

On February 20th we drove to Utah to visit with Hugh's nephew, Seth, and his fianceé, Katie Johnson, in Ogden. After a lovely two day visit, we drove on to The Canyons Resort in Park City to join Hugh's brother, David, sister-in-law, Debbie, Debbie's brother, Bob, and Dave and Debbie's son David for a week of skiing and dining in Park City.  We skied two days at the Canyons, and one day each at Alta and Deer Valley.  Most of the days were clear and sunny with nice snow.  Below are some pictures of our stay:
